10 Days later shipment still processing

I have been waiting for my parcel that was dropped off on the 5 February 2023 in Montana, Pretoria. It has not updated since the shipment was created. This is over a week and no one can tell me when this will be resolved. I am in a complete panic , the Aramex call centre agents are so non-chalant about this and it pains me given the fact that the contents in the parcel are worth so much. Please resolve this!
