1 star rating has been validated

Worst shipping company I have dealt with. Their company employees do not respond to emails and you spend hours waiting for any correspondent to answer- much to which I never had the energy to wait for. Held my packages hostages beyond date of delivery and demanded half the price of shipment even though the 3rd party company received and charge full delivery fee. Incredibly irritated and disgruntled and no means of showing displeasure besides reviewing. Which I had the beauty of seeing that this company has been the lowest rating possible
