1 day courier service takes 7 days

I had an important document that was couriered to me via over night last week Wednesday from Durban to East London. I should have received the parcel on the following day. Its exactly 7 days later and no courier received. Should have just used the Post Office which would have taken 3days to courier unlike the pathetic service received. Definitely never using nor recommending Aramax to anyone.
