0 service, care or help. Stay away

Hopeless, feeling so frustrated after I’ve tried so hard to just get help and feedback from this company.

After my calls have been dropped, transferred and the dropped and just no one that can help.

Or just rely back and say we are working on it.

But noting, no emails, no call backs and no progress.

The automated chain works well until you need help.

And you will not get any help, the call centre will drop you several times, you are lucky if someone picks up, then you will be transferred because that person can’t help and then you will be dropped somewhere in between. Nobody will bother to call back.

I’ve been trying two weeks non stop to get answer, some email response, just anything.

It’s not the first time, looking at the online reviews im not the only one!

I will never use your services again.

Never, it’s ridiculous!

How is it possible for a company so big to have 0 service, or help.

If I can save anyone from my experiences by placing this review.

Just go with another option.
