Appalling, Inefficient Service Everrr!!!

I am extremely frustrated as I was given a reference number by the company I ordered from and shipped through your service on 11/09/2019 from China. Since this date until 14/09/2019 the parcel has been processed with very little detail on your website as to the exact progress of the processing stages that it is undergoing. My estimated delivery date has in this time changed from 17/09/2019 to 18/09/2019 and now that it is finally in transit it has again changed to 20/09/2019. I do not know what kind of circus Aramex is running but this is way below the average standard of service that I have every received it is exactly the same as South African Post Office of not worse.

1. Your processing time is too long 2. Your tracking site does not give details 3. You change my dates as you please without explanation 4. You are damn right inconsiderate, unprofessional and inefficient.

You should learn a thing or two from the likes of DHL when it comes to service, communication and efficiency. I would never use or refer your services to anyone, in fact I will go on Hello Peter and let everyone know of your poor service and stupid tracking system.

I want to know now, where the hell my parcel is and when I will get it, lest you change the date the 4th time!!! I want that parcel ASAP!!!
