Worst service in the hospitality industry (Aramesh Guesthouse in Midrand

On Saturday (19-03-2018) I checked in with my family at Aramesh Guesthouse in Midrand and the owner kicked us out in the night because I parked my car at the wrong side of the yard after I didn’t understand where he was pointing when he directed me. That night we were left stranded with nowhere to sleep and we had a 9 months toddler and three more kids aged 8,9 and 11. The owner was so rude he even told us that he is rich his house worth R12M and there was nothing we can do. My kids were so terrified through out the whole ordeal, it was even traumatizing to my wife as she was not sure whether to feed the baby or not because the owner was busy telling us to leave.

When I booked online they said I should put the banking details to reserve a booking and we will pay on our arrival but I was surprised as they deducted the money from our account.
