ARAFAT TRADING ZOOLTRO GEYSER

I bought a zooltro gas geyser from Arafat Trading ( Yasir Hashi Muhammed. The geyser was working for only 5 minutes and it cuts off after 5 minutes. When I told Yasir about that he kept blaming the installer. The installer connected the geyser properly and mentioned faulty solenoid. I got a replacement geyser which still had same problem but I had to travel and agreed that geyser was going to be sorted when I got back. When I got back and had moved house geyser was reinstalled and still had same problems. I contacted Yasir and he was not helpful. Kept blaming contractor and was very rude and didn't allow contractor or myself to talk. He also cut the phone on customer . I wouldn't recommend buying zooltro geysers.
