Arabest Wedding Venue

We have booked this wedding venue. But due to CoVid-19 we could not have the wedding. When we emailed to cancel (6 months before the wedding date), This man refused to give us our money back, but he cancelled our date. The president of South Africa said that it is ******* to not give the money back to the people.
