Very Poor Service!!

Ref# ********** 3 I am very disappointed with the service that this company render especially to the people that makes them stay In business. I paid up my account 4 weeks ago, and every time a call for my paid up letter, im told it has been requested, this is now 4 weeks of calling to be told the same thing. The staff is very unhelpful, I have been dealing with the lady by the name of Zanele, she has done nothing to give me feedback and instead does everything to avoid my calls, I left several messages for her to call and she just brushes me off each time, my calls are dropped while I hold, sometimes it appears as if no one want to even take my calls. The supposedly manager by the name of Ms Samuel, is even more unhelpful, for the manager I find that very unprofessional. I just need someone to update my account profile to paid up and send me a paid up letter, that's all, when they were doing debt collection, cooperation was given to them. But for a letter to take 4 weeks and counting and being given vague answers when I enquire is very unprofessional. now that they got what they wanted, they seem to care less about the other parties and their obligations towards them
