USELESS ARA Group

<p>The Staff at Ara Group are rude and obnoxious, I've been waiting for 5 weeks for a response to an email and today one of their staff members put the phone down in my ear after telling me something that I did not agree with. We get hounded on a monthly / weekly basis by the collections department when we are in actual fact paying them on a monthly basis. I've requested that Senior management call me and I'm yet to get a response. The service from this company is pathetic and their staff are beyond rude.</p>
