Unreliable and u dependable

Lorna at the ARA group is one of the most undependable and unrealible person that works at the ARA group. She makes promises she can't keep just to get rid of you, and don't do any follow ups.<br> I settled my account with them in May, and was told by her that I will receive a paid up letter in the next week. A week went and I got no repsonse, I then needed to call her, in which she says that it will now take 30 days. Again j waited and nothing happened I then again had to call her, then she said that she doesn't know what happened. But she will take my number and then call me that same day with answers, that never happened. <br> Funny how these are the same people that SMS, phone or even send letters to tell you that u owe them, but u needed to climb mountains to get hold of them when you settled your account.<br> This is surely my worst experience.<br> My matter still hasn't been settled
