unauthorised debit order

<p>I hahave received a sms stating that a debit order has been scheduled. I immediately contact ARA to dispute it and was advised that I should ignore the sms which I agreed and ended the call. The very next day the debit order concluded. This is unacceptable. I want my money since I've settled my account last month already</p>
