Standard bank acc

This is my 2nd review regarding this useless company i just receivedan sms saying i still owestandard bank R56.89 whilst Clint from standard bank sent me a paid up letter on the 29.10.2020 i called ARA amd spoke to some lady who refused to give me her name but said she's transfering me to the relevent peraon as the peraon that was dealing with my query is no longer with the company theperson she transfered me to was Isso/Issa who advised that the peraon that transfered my call was a Mrs Peter and the manager Rochell Peterson is in a meeting when i requested the complaints email address she said she doesnt know it.
