RCS GROUP and ARA GROUP - Anthony Richards & Associates (Pty) Ltd

This correspondence serves as a factual record and formal objection to Anthony Richards & Associates (Pty) Ltd legal and professional conduct regarding a disputed credit agreement.

The facts of this matter are documented as follows:

Active Dispute: The credit agreement in question is with the RCS GROUP which contracted the ARA Group (Anthony Richards & Associates) to proceed with litigation/debt collection services against myself. There is however an active credit dispute lodged with the NFOS.

Written notification of this active dispute was formally emailed to the ARA Group email address which was completely ignored.

******** Enforcement: Despite receiving notice of the active dispute, ARA GROUP proceeded to issue a formal Section 129 pre-litigation letter.

******** Collection Demands: The ARA Group is actively demanding payments to secure legal fees and commissions while completely ignoring the active dispute status of the account.

ARA Group’s choice to ignore formal dispute emails while issuing high-pressure legal demands appears to prioritize automated financial recovery over basic professional diligence.
