Poor service and a ****

<p>I really don't think these are legit debt collectors, their customer service is poor. I paid my account last year had to wait for 21 days after they say I owe R80 i paid R80 last year November but still waiting for a paid up letter which they say it has not been requested it's 2017 but I can't get my letter of which they always say different things . I am ****ed
