PATHETIC CALL ETIQUETTE

So i just got a call from the infamous ARA Group and spoke to a lady who first Identified herself as Mrs Abrahams. When i asked her for her fist name she asked me why and then went on to say that it does not matter what her first name is. I asked to speak to her supervisor after a lengthy debate on the phone and guess what...the supervisor Ms Hammond was not available. They never are!!!!!<br> This is not the first **** call i get from these folks as they have absolutely no telephone etiquette and while she was speaking me to it sounded like she was laying back on a chair and looking at pictures around her. Its so easy to pick up when an agent does not want to be at work or even appreciate the job they have.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
