Paid up letter

I settled my Jet account that was with ARA attorneys in September 2015. Until today I am still waiting for a paid up letter. I don't want them to come back to me three years from now and say I still owe on the account. I'v sent many emails to different email addresses but no response. Why do we have to take things to Hello peter before getting a response???
