Not complying with the new POPI act.

Their call centre phones me 2 - 3 times a day, Monday to Friday. They ask for someone that I don't know. If I ask where you are phoning from, they put the phone down in my ear. If I tell them I do not know the person they are looking for they put the phone down in my ear. If I ask them to please remove my number from their call list due to the fact that this is not the number for the person, they are looking for they put the phone down in my ear. If i ask to speak to a manager they tell me it's not possible. If I tell them that they have the wrong number, they insist that I give them the number of the person they are looking for although I tell them I don't know this perso.
