No paid up letter and account not updated despite paying the account.

I'm very unhappy with the service i received from Ara group. I paid up a loan i had with ABSA and my account is still not updated and to date i have not received my paid up letter. This account was settled in June 2021 and nothing has been fixed. despite countless times calling using my airtime and no one being able to assist me. instead i am told you will receive the letter in 24 hours and it's been 7 months. Somebody please help me!
