Drops phone on me

Mrs.Hendricks drops the fone on me while I haven't even completed my reason of when and why I couldn't make a payment as promised.She is dam rudif she doesn't want to work then she just stay at home and let those who want to use the opportunity wisely.Me not paying accounts on time doesn't give her the the right to disrespect me,I don't owe her the money but RCS.
