Delayed Settlement letter

Hi,

Ara group called me on behalf of Edcon for my Jet store account. I then reached a settlement amount with them and it was paid within the deadline on ( 31/08/2020). I was told I will get a settlement letter within 30 working days. I am still waiting for that letter and each time I call I am told a senior will call me back. Now I have another company calling me about the same jet account that was settled in August 2020. I am disappointed! They are quick to reach settlements but slow to deliver what they promised.
