Customer Abuse

Every month, I receive a call to make my payment and like clockwork, I make a payment on my payday via EFT. 10 days later, I receive a call stating that my payment is not showing which is impossible as it is to the same bank. <br> This time I have faxed through a copy of the payment and asked for an apology but every month at around 7:00 p.m. to receive this call means they are not doing their job correctly as I never hear from them again until later in the month for the next reminder which I still receive even though a payment has never been missed.<br> I also never receive a statement and was told I cannot receive one as they are only the attorneys - don't the attorneys receive statements - no wonder they miss my payments!!!!
