Complaint

I have been paying my monthly account with no problems and now that i have settled it, i keep getting sms's that I must pay, and when I call to enquire, I'm given the runaround that my last payment can not be traced. Ive sent several proof of payments to Tasnien and Janine and asked for a settlement letter but all is in vain<br> <br> Very unhappy!<br> <br> I need that settlement letter
