Close off my acc

Had the worst experience I paid up a settlement amount from a loan that I took with capitec, got the paid up letter but its been over 6 months trying to get them to close of my acc as being paid up but instead have another company Boshoff busy emailing me about the same acc saying it has an outstanding amount
