Bunch of ********

They offered me a settlement amount on my 2 FNB loans, I paid first loan as per the given amount, I never got a settlement letter and the loan is still active as if I never paid. Sent an email but was never assisted, I was sent from pillar to stop. Just to warn people who are contacted by these ********, don't fall for it because you will regret it. They take advantage of poor people.
