Bad service

Ara Group is a debt collection company/firm.its service is bad and consultants are not friendly and helpful at all been trying to get my paid up letter for 2 weeks now of an account I paid up in 2018.but the service I got from the consultants in the Tfg department is uncalled for..been spending my time and airtime been transferred from 1 person to another and at the end they'll just cut my calls..my life is stuck now because of that account and the way they doing it's like they only care about collecting but when you done paying believe you me they wont even care sending you your paid up letter to clear your name
