ARA Group ***********

I have had nothing but a bad experience with Ara Group. I have made payments which they can't find then one consultant says they got them then the other says no they don't then the other says the waiting on life hospital to allocate them. I phoned life beacon bay and they say that they will sort it out with Ara Group but still nothing. My son wants to settle this account in full and no one can tell me what is owing. Not Llfe beacon bay or Ara Group. I have used all my airtime up this month trying to sort this out. (R264. 00 airtime) that should be reversed off my account because of their stupidity. Today I phoned and the consultant put me on hold left me holding and had what sounded like a vacuum cleaner next to the phone and then my airtime ran out. I am a pensioner and cannot put airtime on my phone. Every morning I get a phone call from them and when I answer they just say oh gosh and put the phone down. I think they just do this because they need to tell managent they phoned and no one answered. I hope the Ara Group will read this and sort my problem out as soon as possible. I don't hold and hope as there have been so many emails sent and no one seems to answer or be able to help.
