Ara group incompetence!

I would like to express the incompetence of ara group team. I have paid up my truworths account and still no paid up letter. I am currently in a process to be hired, and they want a clean credit record. I tried calling the group but they have just shown the incompetence and rude colored people! Please clear my name or at least send me a paid up my account is Truworths ***. I will lose this opportunity if I don't get that paid up letter! You think I do not know my rights as a consumer?
