ARA Group debt collection

I have notice that this aragroup company have employed people that lie from the director level to management.

I was promised that I will be called today at 10:30 by you. Tanya still did not call.

To me the company and there staff are trying to run away from there mistake.

The amount was agreed on email and because you'll have agreed to the amount you now trying to hide.

What type of company is this that you cannot even phone a customer but the customer must keep on phoning you.

You'll keep phoning people to pay there accounts but when you'll agree to a amount you'll hide.

Its a Shame that ABSA trust such a company.

I have spoken to the Manager Rochelle Van der Vent who said this will resolved in 48 to 72 hours.

Its gone two weeks still no feedback.

Estelle the director said that they waiting for Absa and when you phone ABSA they say ARAGroup handle his account.

This has not been resolve.
