Ara Group - Complaint about Lorna Stuurman

I don't know where to even begin but i will begin anyway, i have had two accounts with this company, (handed over accounts ( which i settled ). These people still did not update my ITC profile and did not even bother to send me the paid up letters, when i call i would be sent from pillar to post.

i called again this morning , some reception who sounded like she was asleep put me hold for 20 minutes to only tell me that consultants are not in the office.

i have emailed their manager Lorna Stuurman multiple times and to this day, she has not bothered to even respond to my email.
