ARA Group are a bunch of ******* and **********!!!

I've been getting calls from these *******, telling me that I've been failing to pay my FNB account. I told them I've been pay the account all along and they should get their fact rights before they make accusations. I was then told that I'd be called in three or four days since it takes that long for the money to reflect in their account. I wasn't called as discussed, instead I was called last Tuesday and was asked to agree to a debit order arrangement, of which I refused, why would I make a debit order to them whereas I'm paying FNB directly. Today, I get a SMS saying that I confirmed to pay R1000.00 on 31 July 2020. Ara Group are a bunch of ******* and **********!!!
