ARA DEBT COLLECTION AND SABC LICENCE

I have received a notice from the ARA debt collectors with regards to SABC license. .Now I have not watched SABC for more than 20 years it is a load of ******* but I kept paying my license for the time as I was told that seeing that I had DSTV I had access to SABC . 2 years ago I threw out DSTV as it was not worth the money, so I now stopped paying SABC as I do not watch any local tv .I now use the internet and watch overseas programs But for some reason ARA DEBT COLLECTOR AND SABC DO NOT GET THE HINT I HAVE ASKED BOTH SABC AND ARA DEBT COLLECTORS TO PLEASE TAKE ME TO COURT AS I WILL NOT BE PAYING REPEAT WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY SABC LICENCE I AM 67 YEARS OLD HAVE NO EXTRA MONEY TO DONATE TO THE SABC
