What customer service?

<p>I took my husband to Aquila for his birthday.What a terrible dissapointment.First they messed up our booking.We wanted a tranquil weekend in the nature,what we got was the opposite.They had a group of about 60 teenafers there for the weekend.Without any rules!!!We had to queue for 15 minutes for food-like a hostell.That night the youngsters had a party.I had to phone half past 12 for someone to come and talk to them.We complained about the lights not working up to our cottage but nothing was done about this,so I fell on the steps in the dark.</p> <p>upon our return I e-mailed the manager mnr Turner.He answered 2 days later saying he will get back to me,that was 19 July.......</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer service is non excisting!!!!</p>
