Shocking, terrible, the worst!

For our honeymoon we booked a two day stay at Aquila 4 star lodge. We specifically asked for a room with a view.<br> <br> We were placed in a small dark room, with no view at the back of the lodge. Poor decor and dusty. We complain and are moved to the Honeymoon suite which had a nice view and size but had no water. After a 2nd complaint the water came on for a short while but was off again the next morning. No showers or toilet flushing for us.<br> <br> Please note that none of the rooms at this lodge have any phones so if you have a complaint or an emergency you have to walk to reception to let them know. It's a big lodge! There is also no tourist guide or emergency info in the rooms. If you can't walk to reception you have to phone them on your cellphone to get assistance $$. That's if they answer the phone, which they did only once and never acted on our request.<br> <br> So after being roomless for a while we get moved to another room in their building site of a new hotel. So bad, so dangerous.. no water again. Then the water comes on and our room floods. <br> <br> Finally we end up in a 4th room and are awoken the next morning by loud construction noises, banging and grinding.<br> <br> We just left. It was so bad
