Aquila labour brokers - Terrible Service

Absolutely terrible Employment Agents to work through.

I worked for a company Ntobi Cleaning Services as an Admin Clerk. Aquila Labour Brokers are the agents that work through the company dealing with all the HR and bookkeeping duties.

Aquila Labour Brokers knew before hand that I was dismissed before I knew, I was informed by a staff member not to enter the companies premises, no warning or dismissal letter received. I contacted Aquila Labour Brokers and spoke to Karen, via email we communicated regarding my "Temporary Contact" but no reason for dismissal was received. I received only a certain amount of my salary and was informed I was because I did not work a full month, of course being told by the staff members I cannot enter the premises how could I perform my duties. I had then decided to refer my case to the CCMA and speaking to Karen from Aquila was an absolute mistake because she had no interest to solve the problem. After 2 days I have received full payment, begging and fighting and a Ccma case later.

Please I know Corona has hit everyone but please don't let Aquila Labour Brokers become your agent for future employment.
