Really disappointed after good initial encounter
I bought an alluminium re-usable bottle. Bottle was expensive. After opening bottle was defective and could not be used again. Reported to Aqualle. They collected bottle and promosed replacement within 7 working days. I followed up on 7 days. No reply this time.

Estelle from Aqualle contacted me today and explained the reason why I have not heard from them yet.
