I reported faulty water via email and in no time Estelle Willemse rep****, obtained further information, collected the sample bottle the next day and sent me courtesy vouchers - all done with great speed and friendly service! Then to top it off she sent a follow up email to check if I had received the vouchers - WOW! What a please to have dealt with Estelle. Thank you Estelle for you much needed good service and for Aquelle for obviously doing something right.
