Water ******* this company should be investigated

I'm ****ing disappointed and shocked with aquazania.co.za I ordered a dispenser from them of which the dispencer was delivered on the 11th of October 2022 of which you would say I've been with them for 5 months to my surprise they came on Thursday to come and collect the dispenser telling me that I owe them R1186,80 I don't understand how come this amount when you look at this amount it looks like I have not paid from the very beginning, if so why did they send me a dispenser, if they were not able to debit from my account why did they send me a refill of water 2 times if there was no sign or proof of payment on my side why did they do this and how come this amount, since last month I've been trying to get a hold of them so I can settle whatever it is they're telling me to settle but then every time you call they are too busy or they will tell you to email them but when you have time to order the water they are happy to take your call, the service is ****en, useless and appalling and they are *********

Be right they were not supposed to send me anything if they could not debit anything from my account because they are ********* they want to charge you for things that don't make sense why did they reach out to me and ask what was wrong with the account instead of them continuing with their account without letting the client know that there's a fault with the account
