Very Disappointed with Aquazania's Service

My experience with Aquazania has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. Representatives arrived at my home without any prior notice, phone call, message, or confirmation. Having people show up at a customer's property unexpectedly is disrespectful and highly unprofessional.

What makes matters worse is that despite raising my concerns, no one has taken the initiative to properly address the issue or provide a satisfactory explanation. Customers should not have to chase a company for basic communication and accountability.

Entering or visiting someone's property without first informing them is simply not how a professional company should operate. This experience has left me with very little confidence in Aquazania's customer service and management practices.
