Terrible service

Not only do there call centre agents have terrible attitude but they debit extra money out of your account while invoiceing (by email) of another amount. There drives drop off water and drive off before you even give them there bottle back. Wonderful system but shocking service. Oh and the customer is never right . They will never try to accommodate you or try and meet you half way they only want you money.
