Shocking service!!

Aquazania blocked my account because I owe R500 . I made an agreement last month to pay R400 which I did! Thry have now blocked me AGAIN. I have never had so many issues for such a small amount of money owing!!

I have now run out of water and had to go buy at the shops. Due to the fact that you are no longer delivering a service, I expect NOT to get charged for the hire of the water dispenser!!

If you do not unblock my account TODAY so that I can place an order, then please come tomorrow and fetch the water dispenser!!

I will rather find a company who can actually provide me a service and not block my account when the agreed amount to pay off was done!

I have been phoning and emailing and the only person who has responded has been Joseph but that was to tell me he can no longer help me!

Sort this out, or tomorrow you better come fetch your stuff!
