Rude service on calling telephonically

I'm so tired of the service, every time I call the company, everyone gives me different stories or has an attitude. I was told yesterday they will collect there equipment as a customer I called and stated are you collecting and the lady stated no because of the rein. I called again this morning and asked and the lady stated we collecting and I stated in this rain and the lady stated to me am I not going to let them collect, so I stated yesterday I was told you not collecting because of the rain so I'm just making sure, the lady stated it was never to be collected yesterday as it states it's today on the system and Jacqueline K personally called me last week stating it would be this Monday. I am tired of all the stories and myself been told as an attitude when I call and I can hear by the lady that I have my cell number to get my account up. Honestly good luck I've complained constantly but yet have had no difference or change when contacting it's utterly rudeness at all measures !
