Query after query and no one responds!!!!!

I am so fed up with this company!!! They are quick to debit your account every month, but they do not get back to you on queries. You can't get to speak to a manager and the agents are just plain useless. They do not care. They are constantly charging me for bottles I returned but say I didn't. The accounts department is the worst! No one gets back to you on queries. Today again, my order got delivered, but my water bottle in the water tank (which still had water in it) was removed!!! Why???? They also do not allow my domestic to fill the number of bottles they take back. ******!!!
