Poor service delivery

I can’t wait for my 12 month contract to expire. The service I’ve received the last few months was absolutely poor from the accounts department to the ordering department. The last few months I will order water and then a date will be scheduled and every time they won’t pitch on the said date and will then come with some excuse. I phoned today and asked Tshepo to confirm if my water will be delivered and I could hear in his voice that he just wanted to end the call and not solve my query.I am done with this company and their poor service delivery.
