poor quality water insec found in bottled water

I spoke to Karabo, this morning she confirmed the bottle will be delivered today. Still no delivery received. POOR SERVICE.!!!

also sent email to Kayakazi my account manager at Aquazania no response

Please can you urgently assist with this query . I am writing to you out of concern as I have been using Aquazania for some time now and it seems like the quality of water is not u to standard. I noticed that on the 21L bottle I wanted to insert in the cooler yesterday there was something floating in the bottle. On closer inspection it looks like an INSECT. The bottle is still sealed please can you urgently replace this bottle as I have no water now and cannot wait for the next delivery .( it will be appreciated if this can be done today) and I certainly hope that the standard be looked into. Secondly the concern that I have is that recently I noticed that the bottles that are being delivered are dirty and dusty and I have to clen them all the time .

Please advise if you can assist or if I need to escalate this and to whom.

Aquazania promised to get back to me and deliver a replacement water this did not happen.
