No help No service

I've ordered water to be delivered on the 31st of Jan. I still haven't received my water delivery and I've phoned them 4 times today all they say is well get back to you they must phone the logistics manager first.

Yesterday their phone system wasn't even working!. I want my water today (1 Feb)
