Madeleine van Helden and aquazania is a disgrace

Worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Madeleine van Helden which works there and is supposedly Legal Collections Manager (her linkedin profile states creditors clerk) ignores her emails and sends people to your place of work to harass you about non payment, despite arrangements having been made.

Their chat feature does not work. You permanently number one in line and no one assists.
