Lack of transparent billing and pathetic customer service

Hi, shoddy customer service, lack of transparent billing - recent statement confounds me and doesn't represent the contract I agreed to. Customer service has been absolutely dreadful from the day I called to sign up. Cancelling contract but posting the review so others are aware of their lack of transparency around billing and poor customer service.
