Horrible delivery service
I received a call yesterday to say my order was ready for delivery and I need to make sure I’m home to take delivery of the product and to ensure I check it and make sure its working. I took the day off as I wasn’t given a time of delivery.
At 2pm today Wednesday 03 May, after trying to find out what’s happening, I was told it arrived 3hrs ago. Your driver just left it outside, he didn’t make any effort to call, so why did I take the day off if he’s just going to leave it outside? The machine is still sitting outside after I called fo complain about it, and honestly I’m not fetching it.
