You guys are unprofessional, you came into my flat without my permission collecting when my minor son was all alone in my flat feeling unsafe and then your people used his phone to call me to inform me of you guys collecting...I have been asking you guys to collect since Nov last year every single week I have been calling making arrangement to collect I have taken a weeks leave because you guys made arrangements with me to collect you havent and today without notice or a call you enter my place without my permission and collected your thing, how unprofessional is that tomorrow you will call to say this is missing that is broken yet you came there with any adults present why ? Now all my calls gets cuts or the line stays busy why I will not leave this at all!!!!

13 Jan 2025, 15:34So finally, someone called back Debbi Vieira no apology or anything instead wanting to push blame on my complex security and being arrogant and full of attitude from the first call. People don't do business with this company no customer service nothing. An apology would've been ok with me, but not taking responsibility for what they did wrong, why on earth would you come into someone's house without their permission use their minor's phone and still feel you did nothing wrong. I'm sorry if I'm wrong, but how can this be right or they just doing their job.
